I decided to start a 100 Days of Graphic Novels challenge to help me grow as an illustrator. This challenge is an effort to keep me focused on my goal of completing my first graphic novel, hold me accountable by posting every single day on my social media, and document my journey making graphic novels!

The 100 Days of Graphic Novels Challenge is simple – draw for 30 minutes a day.

That’s it.

Sounds easy, right?

Wrong.

Some days are harder than others, when life gets in the way or I just simply don’t feel like drawing.

But that’s where the challenge kicks in.

By creating every day for only 30 minutes, without the pressure of making “good” art, pen to paper… the ideas start flowing.

Somedays I draw with a pen so that I can’t erase anything or try to be “perfect”. Other days I draw something completely off-the-wall bit have always wanted to try!
